About Me

I wanted to create a blog after I retired from 30 years of teaching students with special needs.  Being a teacher you are a jack of all trades, always trying to create a fun and exciting classroom environment. You feel as if you never have enough time to get everything done, and then you’re retired and you have all the time in the world. So I decided I would log my adventures, crafts, foods, teaching ideas and more.  

I have been blessed with a wonderful husband (Mikey) and two beautiful daugthers (Carly and Shelby). Our house is always filled with family, friends and animals. It seems we can't get enough of those four legged creatures. 

My husband and I love to travel both local and afar and enjoy taking pictures and videos of our adventures.  Hope you enjoy following our experiences.
